We’re currently on the hunt for a Leading Hand to join our light commercial team and work on some of Melbourne’s most exciting fit-outs, from Medical and Dental to high rise Apartments and office spaces.

Leading Hand – What You’ll Do:

Run projects from start to finish, manage trades, order materials, liaise with clients

Use Aroflo software to keep everything organised and on budget

Be the go-to for apprentices and our construction team

Play a key role in expanding our light commercial portfolio

Who You Are:

VBA registered/licensed plumber

5+ years’ experience in commercial fit-outs

Self-motivated, detail-focused, and ready to lead (Leading Hand)

Not afraid of responsibility or high standards—and enjoy a laugh while you’re at it
