As Jim's Group's HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our human resources functions. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include advising management and employees on HR-related issues, facilitating recruitment, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also be required to maintain data accuracy and compliance by managing records and systems.

In this position, you will be tasked with managing performance review and performance management processes, developing and updating position descriptions and supporting initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with various departments to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications and experience in human resources, strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of employment law, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.

You will be a trusted partner to both management and staff, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement within Jim's Group.
