In this standalone Australian role, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, while also collaborating with global colleagues on strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Advisory – First point of contact for employee relations, policies and queries
• Lifecycle Management – Manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and changes
• HRIS and Reporting – Maintain accurate records and generate insights
• Recruitment Coordination – Lead interview scheduling and grad program oversight
• People Initiatives – Support DEI, learning and engagement projects
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with payroll, IT, Finance, and global HR
• Process Improvement – Identify and action improvements to elevate HR delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years of generalist HR experience in a Coordinator or Advisor role
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR operations
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
• A proactive mindset and drive for continuous improvement
