I'm looking for an active hunter: a self-driven, consultative sales professional with the energy and resilience to seek out new business and nurture long-term relationships.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand complex technical requirements and match their sealing solutions to customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
Drive revenue growth by expanding the company's presence in existing and emerging markets.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position them as the partner of choice.
What You'll Take Home
$110k - $130k + Super + Company Car + Commissions (paid quarterly)
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally within industrial equipment, engineering, or related sectors.
A hunter mentality—you thrive on seeking out new opportunities and closing deals.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Technical aptitude—comfortable discussing engineering specifications and understanding customer challenges.
A track record of building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Relevant qualifications in engineering, business, or a related field are highly regarded, but not essential if you have solid industry experience.
