The Role: Cultivate Growth and Forge Lasting Partnerships
As an External Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving continued success within the Australian market. Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactive New Business Acquisition: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the commercial and construction sectors. This involves strategic market research, targeted outreach to potential clients (architects, builders, fabricators, etc.), and effectively presenting the value proposition of our client's solutions.
Strategic Client Relationship Management: Nurture and strengthen relationships with our client's established customer base.
Commercial Opportunity Development: Utilize your sharp commercial acumen to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Long-Term Partnership Building: Foster enduring partnerships with clients, built on trust, reliability, and mutual benefit.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and account development.
Experience Needed:
Proven external sales experience (industry knowledge a plus, not essential).
Strong business acumen and drive to excel.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
Salary Expectations:
$90k - $120k + Super + Car (or Car Allowance) + Bonus
