Elite Resource Australia is seeking skilled Tower Crane Operators for ongoing works on a large-scale project in Aratula. This is a long-term opportunity with great site conditions, consistent hours, and a solid roster.

⚡ Responsibilities:

Safely operate tower cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites

Perform dogman and rigging duties to prepare loads for crane lifts, ensuring loads are properly secured and balanced

Communicate effectively with crane operators, site supervisors and other workers to coordinate lifts

Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on assigned equipment

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines and targets

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a tower crane operator and/or dogman/rigger in the construction industry

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications, including a High Risk Work Licence for tower crane operation and dogging/rigging

Strong understanding of crane operation, load dynamics, and rigging procedures

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with crews

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Good physical fitness to perform the manual handling requirements of the role
