Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate live rosters across multiple support teams

Monitor and action dropped or unfilled shifts in real-time

Deploy reserve staff to support team balance and continuity of care

Oversee planned leave coverage and maintain adequate staffing levels

Allocate specialist training and support teams within Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments

Use TANDA or equivalent systems to manage time, attendance, and rostering data

Analyse staffing patterns, shift performance, and attendance metrics

Collaborate with HR field leaders to support a strong, engaged team culture

Skills & Experience

Prior experience in rostering, workforce coordination, or HR operations (disability sector preferred)

Proficiency with rostering software (TANDA or similar)

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of workforce management within a care or NDIS framework is advantageous
