Location: Toowoomba
Employment Type: Full-Time 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

Are you highly organized, punctual, and experienced in workforce scheduling?

We’re looking for a dedicated Roster Clerk to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain staff rosters across multiple departments

Coordinate changes and ensure adequate shift coverage

Liaise with team leaders and management regarding staffing requirements

Work within the Easy Employer system to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Participating in a rotating on-call roster

Requirements:

Proven experience in a rostering or scheduling role

Proficient with the Easy Employer system (or similar platforms)

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work with flexibility and adapt to changing priorities

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

High level of punctuality and attention to detail
