Switched Auto Electrical is looking for a reliable and highly organised Operations & Workshop Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our workshop and mobile service team.

In this vital role, you’ll be the go-to person for job bookings, parts procurement, scheduling, and job closeouts. You’ll work closely with our team of auto electricians to ensure that each job is efficiently prepared, executed, and finalised.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and booking in customer jobs

Ordering parts, managing deliveries and returns

Coordinating daily restarts and assigning job tasks to technicians

Maintaining and submitting timesheets via Simpro (our job management system)

Cross-checking stock and labour entries to ensure jobs are accurately closed out

Performing stocktakes for the warehouse and service vehicles

Organising servicing and maintenance for company vehicles

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Clear and confident communication

Experience using job management systems (Simpro experience highly regarded)

Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

Prior experience in a workshop, trade, or service-based business (preferred)
