Our client operates a modern, well equipped workshop to support a large fleet of fully equipped vans carrying out mobile service and repair work across Australia. With a highly skilled team out on the road and in the workshop, they're redefining convenience and quality in mobile servicing and repairs - nationwide.

About the role
Join a modern, fully equipped workshop and support mobile mechanics with repairs that can't be completed out on the road. Trade qualification and hands on experience in a workshop setting are essentials.

Duties

• Carry out diagnosis and repairs on a range of different makes and models - no two days are the same
• Ensure repairs are documented accurately and in line with company policies
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality of work
• Work independently and as part of a team as required
• Ensure workplace health and safety is maintained at all times
• Some Saturday work is required (60%) paid at penalty rates

Skills and experience

• Formal qualification in light vehicle mechanics or equivalent
• Hands on experience in a workshop setting is essential
• Ability to work on a broad range of makes and models
• Skilled in using workshop tools and diagnostics
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills
• Manual driver’s licence (or willing to obtain)
• Experienced visa holders with 6+ months remaining considered
