I'm currently partnering with a high-growth, global consumer goods business to recruit a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their Product Design and Development team. This is a unique opportunity to work behind the scenes with a household name, designing and delivering products that reach millions of homes across Australia, the US, and Europe.

The company is renowned for its value-led, practical home and lifestyle products, and this role sits at the centre of their innovation engine - taking ideas from concept all the way through to launch.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional new product development (NPD) projects. This includes working closely with design, marketing, procurement, engineering, and sustainability stakeholders to ensure successful, on-time launches of commercially viable products.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and manage end-to-end NPD project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Be the go-to person coordinating across departments to deliver against scope and deadlines.
• Use Asana and Microsoft Suite to track project status, risks, and actions.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure all development aligns with quality and compliance standards from start to finish.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within NPD, consumer products, FMCG, or industrial design.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of product development - from brief to shelf.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Asana or other project tracking software (desirable).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project certification (advantageous but not essential).
