We are looking for:

· Experienced enthusiastic hands-on manager

· Focused on leading by example.

· With a successful record of Bar and Gaming profit growth at a similar location

· Knowledge of accounting and software apps (Xero and Wildcat) relevant to hospitality would be an advantage.

· A desire to drive profit growth though both marketing and cost control.

· People skills with the ability to manage and lead a small team.

· An understanding of the sporting aspect of a small club and its importance to the future

· Ability to implement and contribute to Board strategy.
