About the Role

We're looking for a Pub General Manager (or a Management Team with complementary skills) to lead from the front. You'll be in charge of all things operations, people, and profit. This is a venue that thrives on energy, community, and consistency - so if you're driven, hands-on, and thrive in the action, this is your calling.

Your Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a busy pub, bar, or club environment

Confident leader with the ability to inspire and mentor large teams

Financially savvy - rostering, COGS, labour & P&L understanding

Customer-obsessed with high standards of service and presentation

Positive, proactive, and thrives under pressure
