Intro Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a leading construction and property group to find a highly organised and detail-focused Systems & Compliance Administrator to join their high-performing team in Brisbane.

Reporting to the Systems & Compliance Manager, this key role plays a vital part in the success of operations, systems, and safety compliance. If you're someone who enjoys variety, thrives on structure, and is motivated by supporting teams across the business — this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and distributing compliance and safety reports
• Managing documentation for audits, training, and operational records
• Supporting internal systems such as Procore, Sign on Site, and SharePoint
• Administering company IT assets, onboarding devices, and liaising with MSP
• Assisting with training coordination and maintaining compliance registers
• Providing high-level admin support across HSE, project, and property teams

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar safety, operations, or project admin role
• Strong administration skills including data management and reporting
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and software platforms like Procore
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure sector preferred
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
• Current driver’s licence
