Are you passionate about making a difference in the civil or mining sectors? We are seeking experienced professionals to fill several key roles within our client’s organisations.
Engineer Positions (Central Queensland and Logan area-based roles)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop project scopes, plans, and conduct assessments
Monitor progress, costs, and quality against project milestones
Data entry, analysis, and interpretation to inform decision-making
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
Collaborate with other professionals to resolve technical issues
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or related engineering discipline
Proven experience in mining, construction, infrastructure, or heavy engineering projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in engineering software and tools
Exceptional Excel skills
Valid driver’s license and white card
Systems and Compliance Officer Position (Sunshine Coast-based role)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Federal and State WHS legislation across projects
Maintain and enhance IMS/HSEQ systems aligned with ISO 45001 (OHS), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 9001 (Quality)
Conduct inspections, internal audits, risk assessments, and investigations
Oversee heavy vehicle compliance in accordance with the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR)
Support compliance documentation for TMR (Transport and Main Roads) projects
Prepare reports and communicate HSE performance to management
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HSE roles within civil construction or infrastructure
Cert IV or Diploma in WHS or a related qualification (highly regarded)
Strong understanding of Federal WHS legislation and frameworks
Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 management systems
Proven knowledge of NHVR regulations (highly regarded)
Experience working on TMR projects (highly regarded)
Ability to travel approximately 3 days per month to CQ for audits and site inspections

Industry experience in civil construction, infrastructure, mining sectors, or related fields.
Proven ability to adapt to dynamic project environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong safety, compliance, and quality mindset with a proactive approach to risk management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
For the Engineer roles: technical proficiency and innovative thinking in project development and execution.
For the Systems and Compliance role: thorough understanding of HSE management systems and legislative frameworks.
Willingness to travel as required to project sites and conduct inspections or audits.
