Muir Anchoring Systems is a dynamic and fast-paced business dedicated to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers.

We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales and Warehouse Representative-Part Time, 3 Days per week or reduced hours per day (24 hours per week) or by negotiation. This new position will play a key role in sales outreach to new and existing customer base and provide excellent technical and spare parts support.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service, both in-person and over the phone/email.

Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Assist with stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory.

Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Interpret spare parts requests using part manuals and computer applications.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in sales is advantageous, with a keen interest in the marine industry.

Experience working with databases and technical documentation.

Proficiency in using our current IT tools and software, including SAP B1 (our ERP), Microsoft Excel, and HubSpot CRM.

Physical ability to lift and move items as required.

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
