About the Role

You’ll play a key part in the first step of our client journey: connecting with aesthetic, skin, and beauty business owners and helping them achieve success.

This is not your average sales role. You’ll be trained in a high-integrity, conversational framework that focuses on deep listening, creating value, and inviting clients to say “yes” when it truly feels right – no pushy tactics, ever.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging in DMs – Starting meaningful conversations with potential clients and building genuine relationships.

Booking Strategy Sessions – Turning warm leads into scheduled calls with confidence and ease.

Running Strategy Sessions – Leading Zoom sessions (don’t worry – we’ll train you!) that help people gain clarity on their next steps.

Creating Value, Not Pressure – Using our proven process to guide clients toward informed decisions that feel right for them.

Following Up + CRM – Keeping the pipeline flowing and staying organised with simple tracking tools.
