Our client is looking for an experienced property manager or property management assistant to join their team as a part time Inspections Manager. What will you be doing in this role:

• Routine inspections and reporting
• Ingoing inspections
• Ad hoc support
• Part time support to property management team
• Relieve Property Managers when they are on leave
• Schedule inspections
• Attend team meetings
• Manage communication with landlords & tenants

The right candidate will have:

• A background in property management
• Property Tree experience desirable
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or LREA
• Drivers license and a reliable car
• Highly organised and great attention to detail
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new processes
• Sound knowledge of the Northern Beaches
