About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Starr Partners Penrith & Glenmore Park team as a Property Inspection Officer. As a key member of our residential leasing and property management division, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property inspections and ensuring our rental properties are well-maintained and in line with all relevant regulations. This is a full-time position based in our Glenmore Park, NSW office.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords and tenants

Monitor property condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs

Liaise with tenants to address any issues or concerns and ensure prompt resolution

Assist with the coordination of property maintenance and repairs

Support the broader property management team with administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a similar property inspection or asset management role, ideally within the residential real estate sector

Strong attention to detail and the ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate inspection reports

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with tenants and landlords

Proficiency in using property management software and digital tools

A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
