Our Opportunity to you

We are looking to add another Allied Health Lead to manage our allied health team in the Northern Sydney Region. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver. This a fixed term full time role commencing June 2025 until June 2026 with scope for a permanent role, pending business growth.

The day to day

• Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
• Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
• Manage and support you and your team's clinical caseload
• Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Your experience

• Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
• Proficiency in client management systems and relevant technological applications
• Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
• Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous

Additional

• Qualifications: Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration
• Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured vehicle
