About the role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in delivering internal projects that directly support our students, business growth initiatives, and our day to day operations.
This is a part-time, contract role spanning July - December 2025, with potential for extension.
You'll be hands-on in this role, working collaboratively with Executive team members and managers across the organisation to implement, coordinate, manage, and ultimately deliver projects - from early concept through to completion.
A typical day in this role may include:
Creating and maintaining projects plans with clear timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
Liaising with internal and external project stakeholders to coordinate resources, share updates, and manage expectations.
Monitoring and documenting project progress, including risks or issues that may arise - and adapting project plans as necessary.
Supporting the overall communication, training, and smooth rollout of projects.
Reviewing project outcomes and data, helping us celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and continuously improve.
As you build a solid understanding of our organisation and team functions, projects you may work on include projects relating to training and assessment, our bespoke Learning Management System, data reporting, business partnerships, and operational processes across departments.
What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum Cert IV in Project Management (or related qualification).
Minimum 5 years' experience delivering internal operational projects from start to finish - ideally within a small-medium sized organisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders including managers, internal teams, and external clients.
Strong digital literacy and the ability to quickly learn, use, and explain digital tools and systems to others.
This role will be based from our Broadmeadow office, 4 days (weekdays only), 30 hours per week.
