Project Officer – Construction (Capital Works) | NSW Government

• Contract until November 2025 with possible extensions
• $70 p/h + super
• Parramatta / Travel / WFH

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Officer (Construction Project Manager) to support the delivery of multiple residential construction projects across NSW. This role will work both independently and alongside Senior Project Managers to manage procurement, on-site delivery, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of residential construction projects, from single dwellings to multi-unit developments.
• Provide on-site project management support, including quality inspections across metro, regional, and remote NSW.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including builders, architects and local councils to manage risks and ensure project milestones are met.
• Operate autonomously in managing day-to-day project priorities and workload.
• Travel is required to regional and remote sites for project oversight and inspections.
