About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership position focused on rent roll growth, team performance and operational excellence—without the responsibility of managing a portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Devise & implement strategic rent roll growth with the BDM
• Lead and support a team of 3 Property Managers, 1 BDM and a Leasing Consultant
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure high service standards
• Implement strategies to improve systems, team performance, and client satisfaction
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to broader business objectives
• Champion a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability

About You:

You're an experienced property professional with a demonstrated track record in growing portfolios—whether through business development or strategic property management. You enjoy mentoring others, leading with clarity, and driving operational excellence.

You’ll bring:

• Proven success in new business generation and rent roll growth
• Strong leadership qualities, experience overseeing or mentoring staff is highly favourable
• A passion for developing people and improving systems
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding personal presentation and professionalism, with the confidence to work with affluent clients
• A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
