You'll be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their experience with our agency. We’re looking for someone professional, warm, and highly organized to join our dynamic and supportive team in our Doncaster office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming telephone calls

Processing outgoing mail

Accurate data entry and general admin tasks

Collating and assigning agency marketing

Assisting the Sales and Property Management Teams and supporting the Office Manager

Ensuring the office environment is welcoming and professional at all times
