Combining your clinical understanding with a strong commercial mindset to support customers and identify new opportunities, this is an ideal role for someone with experience in either complex rehab or allied health, who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to make a difference to people's lives.

Responsibilities include:

Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute a national strategy for the complex rehabilitation division

Achieve sales targets within your designated territory

Build a strong pipeline through new and existing relationships

Contribute to innovation in both product and service delivery

Support the NSW Sales team through clinical expertise and product knowledge

Drive improvement in customer experience and clinical outcomes

Clinical Leadership

Deliver best-practice equipment trials and solutions to meet patient needs

Host education and training sessions for allied health professionals and partner businesses

Remain up to date on rehabilitation trends, technology and techniques

Stakeholder Management

Cultivate trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners and industry bodies

Represent the company at conferences, events, and educational forums
