About Us
We are a growing successful company with a visibly ‘best in product’ look and feel high-end joinery manufacturer and installer business in Sydney’s Upper North Shore, with almost 50 years experience in serving Sydney. We manufacture and install architecturally designed joinery products such as gates, fences, arbours, doors and windows. Our designs are flexible - offering clients a tailored solution to suit.
Last year we were finalists in our local business awards, this year we were finalists at the prestigious Australian Fencing Awards in 2 categories and won the award for legends of industry.
The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, in this role you will be working from our Hornsby office and will also be visiting clients homes, 5 days per week. Warm leads flow in and we expect you to respect them
You will be responsible for:
Meeting prospective clients on site, typically at their homes
Following up with prospective clients, closing deals and meeting sales targets
Understanding the customer needs, measuring and photographing
Preparing estimates, proposals and sales documents
Actively manage and develop a sales pipeline and leads
Following project timelines – communicating with clients through the journey
Maintain and build client relationships through regular communication and site visits
Liaising with the production and install teams
