One of the world’s largest HR service providers is looking to bring on-board a Facilities/Property Coordinator, initially on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Position: Property/Facilities Services Coordinator
Type: 12-month fixed term contract
Salary: $75,000 + Super
Location: Sydney, CBD
Work type: Office based
Responsibilities:
- Facilities management for offices under the Sydney team remit
- Responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs within the offices
- Maintaining and accurately recording property activity on the internal system
- Logging job requests with building management
- Security maintenance including duress testing
- Managing external suppliers
- Management of supplier quotes, initial approvals, and invoices
- Working with Property Services team with the delivery of Property projects
- Liaising and directing contractors
- There could be the occasional interstate and domestic trips (ability to travel)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a similar role (property/facilities management)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Can do/positive attitude
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A customer service mindset
