Receptionist/Administrator (Eltham & Elwood)

Front-of-House: Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting clients, managing calls, and maintaining a professional reception area.

Administrative Support: Handle emails, schedule appointments, and assist with daily office operations.

Key Coordination: Oversee the sign-in and sign-out of keys for tradespeople and agents.

Digital Assistance: Support digital workflows, including property uploads and managing online inquiries.

Office Logistics: Order office supplies and coordinate facility maintenance.

Junior Property Manager (Mitcham)

Property Inspections: Conduct open for inspections and complete entry, condition, and exit reports.

Tenant Communication: Assist with tenant inquiries and support the property management team.

What We’re Looking For

Agents Representative Certificate

Valid Police Check

1+ years of real estate reception or administration experience

Strong time management and problem-solving skills

Professional presentation and excellent customer service
