About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day to day management of a medium density residential project. You’ll coordinate trades and suppliers, ensure work is delivered to a high standard, and keep things running smoothly all while maintaining safety, timelines, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage all on site activities and schedules

· Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries

· Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to spec

· Conduct regular quality checks and ensure WHS compliance

· Resolve any on-site issues and maintain progress

· Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors

What You’ll Need

· Experience supervising medium-density residential builds highly advantageous

· A trade background or relevant construction qualifications preferred

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of WHS and Australian building standards

· A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with a senior lead
