About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor with proven experience in remedial construction to lead our team. This role involves both on-the-tools carpentry work and site supervision, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cavity flashings, concrete repairs, window and door replacements, lintel installations, waterproofing, and structural steel work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform and oversee remedial carpentry work, including structural repairs and rectifications
- Hands-on installation of cavity flashings, lintels, doors, and windows
- Work with structural steel and ensure proper installation
- Supervise and coordinate a team of tradespeople and subcontractors
- Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations
- Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and specifications
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain high standards of quality control and problem-solving on-site

- Experience in remedial and rectification works required
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing, structural steel, and building compliance
- Hands-on approach with excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently and oversee multiple tasks effectively
