Current projects include major precincts in Sydney’s CBD, Parramatta, and the western growth corridors, with further large-scale developments set to commence in the next 12 months.

The group currently has more than $1.3BN worth of projects under construction, supported by a forward pipeline exceeding $4 billion in approved projects. With strong financial backing and end-to-end control over design, construction, and delivery, they are well placed for continued growth.

About the Project

This role will be based on a major $425 million mixed-use development located in Sydney’s western growth corridor. The project involves the delivery of over 500 apartments, integrated above a large-format retail and commercial precinct.

Demolition works are about to commence, with early works and structure set to follow shortly after. This is a great opportunity to join from day one and deliver the project through to completion.

Complex services integration across residential, commercial, and retail spaces

Minimum Requirements

Trade background or construction-related qualifications

5+ years’ local experience as a Foreperson or Supervisor with a Tier 1, Tier 2, or developer-builder

Proven experience delivering civil, structural, finishes, and external works

Strong understanding of site sequencing, short-term programming, and coordination

Successful delivery of $50M+ residential or mixed-use projects

Stable employment history with contactable references

Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Site Manager to deliver day-to-day site operations

Lead, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and trades

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and materials handling

Monitor and drive progress against the project program

Enforce safety standards and lead site safety practices

Provide team leadership, training, and clear direction on-site

Ensure the site remains clean, clear, and hazard-free throughout all stages of delivery

Oversee quality control and implement inspection checklists

Manage short-term lookahead programs and daily activities

Ensure all works meet BCA and company quality expectations
