Due to growth within the business, our client requires an experienced contract administrator to join their team!

• Tier 3 Builder with a great company reputation
• Projects up to $25 Million (predominantly education, community and government projects)
• 20 staff within the business
• Office located in the inner western suburbs
• 40% site based/ 60% office based
• Workplace encourages employees health and wellbeing
• Mon - Fri, Sat not required
• Salary up to $140,000k Package Including Super

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
• Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administer the project HSE system

To be considered for this position you will require:

• Experience working on commercial projects ideally in excess of $5 Million
• Good knowledge of the Victorian construction market
• Strong and proven track record on major Commercial projects (over a period of at least 3 years at this level)
• Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills and experience, alternatively a background in carpentry
