Hays are currently working with multiple of our Victorian State Government clients to recruit a number of Accounts Receivable Roles. We have roles based within the Melbourne CBD & Eastern Suburbs.

Your new role
We have numerous roles available, between 3-12 month contracts which will be assisting our clients with general AR processes:

Your duties will include:

• Ensure timely efficient process for processing manual refunds.
• Lead debt collection and AR processes to chase all debts owed to each client
• Prepare month end accruals and reconcile the associated general ledger account on a monthly basis
• Monitor day-to-day revenue collection processes and account for all revenue including reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have strong accounts receivable skills and experience within a large organisation, with experience using large ERP systems. We are seeking candidates with experience in either SAP or MS Dynamics Great Plains.

What you'll get in return
Depending on your experience and successful appointment to a role, the remuneration will be between $51.91 - $61.37 + Super. Each role has it's specific hybrid flexibility and will discuss further upon application.
