Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-established insurance and wealth business located in the heart of Camberwell. This firm prides itself on delivering exceptional service and advice to clients, offering a comprehensive range of financial products and solutions.

They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Client Service Manager to join the team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

What Do You Need?

  • Previous experience in a similar client service role within insurance, wealth, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and wealth management products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

What Do You Do?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and process client documentation, including insurance and wealth management paperwork.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.
