CONTRACT MANAGER

We are a rapidly growing, mid-sized commercial cleaning company.

This key role involves establishing & managing client relationships & cleaning standards of several client sites which will make up your portfolio. To manage, supervise, inspect, and maintain the day-to-day cleaning service requirements of the Client and ensure all contract obligations are met in a manner that maintains the safety and well-being of all staff. In addition, the Contract Manager is charged with identifying and leveraging opportunities to increase revenue through additional services to the client.

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

To meet with clients based on a set frequency and provide feedback on their level of satisfaction

To manage and assess portfolio efficiencies and personnel.

To accurately use our internal Integrated Management System for operations, reporting, and updating.

To perform a physical inspection of the cleanliness of the facility

To work with the cleaners to improve on the standards where necessary.

To change over cleaners on the site should the need arise.

Manage new contract start-ups.

Send site inspection reports to cleaners and site supervisors

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Exceptional customer service experience.

Previous Account Management experience (preferred)

Demonstrate the ability to work in a high paced environment

Strong time management & organizational skills.

Highly developed verbal & written communication skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly and follow through on requests.
