We are on the lookout for an experienced Leasing Manager & Business Development Manager to join one of our top client clients in Surry Hills. This role will be integral to a large property management team and will be heavily supported by a robust sales team helping with up to 80% of warm leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Organic Growth of property management

Arranging and conducting market appraisals

Maintain and develop client relationships

Offer professional advice to clients

Listing and leasing of residential and some commercial properties

Conducting Property Inspections

Communicating with vendors and purchasers, developers and or leases and lessors

Work closely with Sales Agents & Property management team

Achieve set agreed targets

Skills and Experience

Strong knowledge and networks in the Inner City property market

The ability to build and nurture relationships when engaging new business

Willing to Prospect through Phone Calling /Door Knocking/Direct Mail

Strong Negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills, proven management skills with ability to multi task

Excellent presentation, organisational and administration skills

Current Drivers Licence and Reliable car

Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
