Job Summary：

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities：

Lease Management: Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.

Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including advertising, social media campaigns, and open house events.

Property Showings: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties.

Financial Management: Monitor rental income, manage rent collections, and ensure timely payments. Prepare financial reports and analyze occupancy rates.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate and organized leasing records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless tenant experience.

Requirements：

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in property leasing or a related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and sales abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Certifications: At least a class 2 Real Estate License or relevant certification is a plus.
