About the role

Join Mint Property Agents' as a Leasing Agent, a crucial role at the heart of our thriving residential leasing and property management business. Based in Strathfield South NSW 2136, this full-time position will see you liaise with landlords and tenants, manage the end-to-end leasing process, and contribute to the growth of our property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Market and promote available rental properties to potential tenants

Conduct property inspections and guide prospective tenants through the application process

Negotiate and finalise tenancy agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met

Maintain strong relationships with landlords and provide regular updates on the status of their properties

Respond to tenant inquiries and quickly resolve any issues that may arise

Assist with the ongoing management of the tenancy lifecycle, including lease renewals and vacancies

Contribute to the continued expansion of our residential leasing portfolio

What we're looking for

Proven experience in residential leasing or property management, ideally within the real estate industry

Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both landlords and tenants

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a genuine desire to provide a high level of service

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential tenancies

Flexibility to work weekends and outside of regular business hours as required
