THE ROLE –

• Liaise with landlords & Tenants
• Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
• Conduct open homes & private inspections
• Respond to phone and email enquiry
• Manage lease enquiries and application processing
• Provide market updates to landlords
• Assist the property management team with admin support
• Reception duties & office administration tasks

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE –

• MUST HAVE Certificate of Registration, car & drivers lic.
• Ideally Leasing or Real Estate experience, newcomers will be considered
• This is a stimulating & ever-changing role that will see you develop your career
• Must have a meticulous attention to detail
• The ideal candidate will be switched on, show initiative and be passionate
• The ability to multitask, be organised & work well in a team
• Excellent presentation and grooming
