About the role

Join our team of 10 at Roonsleigh in Sunshine Coast, QLD, as a Marketing Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role provides the chance to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to our company's continued growth. Duties and responsibilities:

Drive marketing initiatives in support of the organisations continued growth

Ensure brand compliance across all company-wide marketing initiatives

Manage the social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, optimisation, and website maintenance

Provide support to sales and management through effective customer data management and reporting

Analyse, interpret and report on data to improve marketing performance using web/social analytics tools

Manage Monthly Marketing Budget

Experience and qualifications

Proven work experience creating captivating content across various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, tailored for high-end audiences

Knowledge in the construction industry

Experience working with Hubspot, Monday.com and Sqaurespace or similar CRMs

Shown capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues from different departments

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysis
