About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Mornington. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment. What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

Demonstrating and promoting our products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits

Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective selling techniques

Handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory records

Assisting with store merchandising and visual displays

Contributing to the overall success of the store by working collaboratively with the team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role, preferably in the same industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for sales and customer service

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required

A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude

Available to work Saturdays 9-4 on rotating schedule
