One Agency Real Estate in Yarrawonga is seeking to engage a hands-on, innovative and dynamic professional to oversee the management of a boutique rental portfolio, including full time rentals, executive serviced accommodation and premium holiday rentals.

The 'Property Manager' position has been created to ensure the properties are perfectly and professionally managed and maintenance schedules, rental compliance, rental payments and property inventory are all maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will possess efficient time management; concise record keeping; competent with IT and apps; people management skills; life skills and confident communication skills with people of all ages and backgrounds.

This is definitely not a ‘sit at your desk’ role. You will need to have an exceptional eye for detail and be physically fit to manage the fast-paced environment.

You will have experience in either VIC or NSW Property Management in the real estate industry and/or experience in holiday rental management.

You will be required to demonstrate initiative and develop relationships with both our landlords, tenants and our rental guests. You will show a commitment to manage and care for these properties like they were your own.

The position is full time, requires occasional weekend work in the summer and offers a competitive salary plus commission structure.
