Autesso is a specialist workplace coffee company, delivering premium automatic coffee machines, coffee beans, and expert service to businesses across Australia. We’ve built a brand that’s thoughtful, clean, and visually distinct, now we’re looking for a designer to help bring it to life across every touchpoint.

Our identity and guidelines are in place, but this role goes beyond execution. You’ll take ownership of how our brand shows up, from client-facing documents to digital content, equipment brochures, and internal materials.

You’ll work directly with our Managing Director and Sales Director to deliver consistent, considered design work across a range of formats. We’re a small, fast-moving team, so we’re looking for someone who can confidently manage timelines, maintain brand consistency, and jump in across a variety of design needs, big and small.

This is a 6-week contract (~2 days/week) with the flexibility to work remotely and the potential for ongoing part-time work or retainer.

Key Responsibilities

Design sales collateral including capability statements, service quotes, and price lists

Create user guides, cleaning guides, and training material (both print and digital)

Design equipment brochures and support materials for our coffee machines and add-ons

Develop social media templates, internal docs, and branded screensavers

Format and polish HubSpot quote templates and CRM-linked documents

Update and create Shopify website graphics (banners, layout tweaks, content blocks)

Ensure everything feels clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand tone

Present layout options or creative direction when needed

Work collaboratively with us via Slack and Drive, with weekly check-ins

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house, freelance or agency)

Strong layout and editorial skills, with a clean and structured style

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience applying existing brand guidelines across formats

Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly)
