Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) operate across Australia and New Zealand and offer a range of occupational health services.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our dynamic finance team in Hobart on a fixed term for 12 months and a part-time basis. If you are experienced in billing and reconciliation and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage day-to-day handling of external and internal pricing enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Generate periodic billings accurately and in a timely manner, resolving queries and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Contribute to pricing automation projects to improve efficiency.

Oversee billing workflow while participating in cross-training colleagues.

Monitor overdue accounts and engage debt collection activities.

Undertake bank and credit card reconciliations.

Perform reconciliations (debtors, invoices, fixed assets etc).

Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance team.

About You

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Demonstrated experience in billing, invoicing, and debt collection

Proficiency in financial software, reconciliation processes, and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients professionally.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative finance team.
