Chiropractic Assistant – This Is Life Gold Coast

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our passionate This Is Life team in a brand new, purpose-built clinic on the Gold Coast. Our space is designed to deliver cutting-edge, patient-centred care, combining modern technology with a warm, wellness-focused environment.

This diverse, predominately technical role of 20+ hours per week is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, loves working with people, and is excited to be part of a unique health team that genuinely makes a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting chiropractors with scanning equipment and patient exams

Supporting the delivery of technical care in a calm, organised and professional manner

Managing patient flow and maintaining a seamless clinical experience

Providing warm, high-level front desk and patient care service

Handling administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and reception duties

Ensuring the clinic environment is beautifully presented, welcoming, and aligned with our high standards of care

Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and occasional community wellness events

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for health, wellness, and helping people

Confidence with technology, clinical equipment and the ability to master processes quickly

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems and protocols

Positive energy, reliability, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Previous experience in a clinical or wellness setting is highly regarded, but not essential
