Ei Media is a Roadside Large Screen Digital Advertising Company with many large screens in the Sydney Metro Area,
The successful candidate will be sourcing sites on the main arterial roads to erect screens.

Ideally, you will have 3 to 5 years experience as a Commercial Real estate agent.

Key Responsibilities

Complete knowledge of various Real estate zoning requirements.

Assess development proposals in accordance with relevant legislation and plans.

Chase through and follow up planning approvals to ensure that statutory requirements and approval conditions are complied with.

You will have the following capabilities:

Commercial real estate experience or Town Planning experience would be an advantage.

Ability to interpret and apply legislation

Strong oral and written communication skills with capabilities in negotiation, representation and liaison.

Salary $80,000 to $100,000 + finders fee per screen site confirmed with a DA.
