What will you be doing in this role:

This role will support an experienced Asset Manager who is looking to mentor and train someone that can assist them to manage a portfolio of commercial, retail and industrial tenancies.

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Organising and maintaining electronic filing system
• Liaise with trades, obtain quotes, approve works
• Management of fire safety inspections and compliance
• Management of outgoings
• Uploading Landlord invoices and on-charging to tenants
• Bank reconciliation and assist with arrears management
• Manage a busy inbox
• Review and interpret tenancy agreements
• Prepare lease documentation and liaison with solicitors
• Conduct site inspections, read water meter, inspect repair works
• Liaise with external suppliers

The right candidate will have:

This role would suit a residential property manager or recent property graduate that is looking to build a career in commercial real estate. You will need to have:

• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Real Estate experience preferable OR
• A recent graduate with a property degree
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Process driven and able to work as a part of a team
