About the role

This part-time Commercial Leasing Agent (3 days a week)role with Saxon Developments' based in Campbelltown NSW provides an exciting opportunity to join a leading property development and management firm. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and growing the commercial leasing portfolio for Saxon Developments' properties, with a focus on securing high-quality tenants and optimising occupancy rates.

What you'll be doing

Proactively market and promote available commercial spaces to potential tenants

Conduct market research and analysis to identify optimal rental rates and leasing strategies

Negotiate and secure new lease agreements with prospective tenants

Manage existing tenant relationships, including handling lease renewals and resolving any tenancy issues

Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless property operations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the commercial leasing portfolio

Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's commercial leasing strategy

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a commercial leasing agent, preferably within the property development and management industry

Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in market research and data analysis to support leasing decisions

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Relevant tertiary qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field
