The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for a strategic and people-focused leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of medical centres across the ACT and surrounding regions.

As a Regional Manager, you'll drive operational performance, support growth, and lead a high-performing team across a mix of established and developing sites. Working closely with senior leaders and Practice Managers, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing patient care, team engagement, and business outcomes.

You’ll also be involved in integrating new centres through M&A (Merges & Acquisitions) activity—making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support Practice Managers and service teams to ensure operational excellence and patient-focused care
  • Drive performance, engagement, and growth across your centres
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement projects and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor patient experience through feedback and NPS to improve service delivery
  • Review financial performance to identify efficiencies and revenue opportunities
  • Manage GP engagement, satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure centres are equipped with the necessary tools, systems and processes for effective operation
  • Foster a high-performance and learning culture with clear KPIs and development plans
  • Support business integration and M&A activity across the region

About You

  • Proven leadership experience across multiple sites (healthcare experience ideal but not essential)
  • Track record in business growth, customer service and operational excellence
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently, remotely, and onsite across various locations
  • Experience in integrating new businesses or M&A advantageous
