About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse/Midwife at our Camperdown Campus for the position of Clinical Coordinator.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the processes are in place to deliver a client centered approach focusing on maximising functional capacity, social participation, improved self-management and coordinated delivery of care services.
Hours of duty may include weekends, public holidays and require the successful applicant to be flexible with varying shift requirements.
Position overview
- Employment Type: Part-time (40 hours per fortnight), Fixed-term position until November 2025
- Location: Camperdown Campus
- Classification: Nurse/Midwife not elsewhere classified
- Salary Range: $134,498.00 pro rata, plus superannuation
What you bring
- A Registered Nurse holding a current Registration Certificate as required by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.
- Role models the South West Healthcare values.
- A minimum of five years post-graduate nursing experience.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and decision making.
- Demonstrated communication and management skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of organisational structures and processes.
- Expert knowledge of clinical and quality systems that promote safe patient care.
- Proven knowledge of relevant regulations, and legislation as they relate to Nursing and Midwifery practice.
